Botox

In 2010, the FDA approved Botox for the treatment of chronic migraine migraines. According to the majority of research, patients’ discomfort can go away for up to three months following injections! Shoulder, knee, and hip arthritic pain (typically brought on by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriatic arthritis) can also be relieved by Botox injections.

Patients with nerve and back pain also found improvement with Botox. Injecting Botox into the affected muscle is the first step in this therapy. It prevents recurrent pain and discomfort by blocking muscular spasms and movement. Sixty percent of individuals in a 2001 research reported pain alleviation for up to four months following Botox injections.
